This group invites participants into deeper exploration of self-compassion, as well as engages participants in guided individual and interactive practices of self-compassion. The Advanced Self-Compassion Group is a closed group (once the group gets going no new members will be accepted into the group) of 6 - 8 participants who will meet weekly Mondays and 2:00 - 3:30 PM for 10 weeks. Each week will build on the week prior, therefore those interested are asked to commit to the full 10 weeks.
