All groups are currently on hold due to my transition to my private practice starting in July 2026.

INTRO GROUPS

Are you your own worst critic? Do you used self-criticism to “keep yourself inline”? Are you wanting to be self-compassion but don’t know how to start? Then this might be just the group for you.

ADVANCED GROUP

This group is exclusively for those who have already completed the Intro Self-Compassion Group. This group invites participants into deeper exploration of self-compassion, as well as engages participants in guided individual and interactive practices of self-compassion.

GENERAL GROUP DETAILS

Once they resume, all groups are offered online and conducted via a secure Zoom link which will be provided to approved participants. Groups consist of a cohort of 6-8 members meeting for 10 consecutive weeks. Each week builds on the prior week(s), therefore interested participants must be able to commit to the full 10-week schedule*. Groups are open to patients of all genders and identities who are located in Oregon or Washington.

COST: $150 per session*

  • Sliding scale available at $50 per session*

Approved participants must be able to commit to paying for full 10 weeks regardless of attendance
