OUT-OF-NETWORK INSURANCE PLANS

Don’t see your insurance plan listed? Many insurances provide out-of-network benefits. I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates are dependent on your insurance plan and coverage, and any such questions must be directed to your insurance directly.

Payment for my full rate is due at the start of each session. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, including HSA and FSA.

  • Other Payment Options:

    SELF-PAY (Out of Pocket) DISCOUNT:
    • 60-minute Intake Session: $205
    • 55-minute Therapy Session: $190

LIMITED SLIDING SCALE: I offer limited sliding scale spots based on need and life circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Consistency helps therapy work. I reserve your regular weekly time with care, and I’m glad to do the same for you week after week. Life happens, and plans shift—that’s totally okay. Here’s how we handle rescheduling and cancellations in a way that respects both your time and mine.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • You’ll have your designated appointment time each week, held just for you.

  • If life throws a curveball and you can’t make it to your session, we can often reschedule for another time the same week, depending on both of our schedules. Out of respect for both our time, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.

  • Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a fee of $100. The fee will be charged to the card on file on the day of the canceled or missed appointment

  • The first time a late cancellation occurs, I’ll waive the fee as a courtesy.

INSURANCE NOTE: Please be aware that insurance plans do not reimburse late cancellations or missed appointments.

NO SURPRISES ACT

As part of the Federal No Surprises Act, individuals who use self-pay for services are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

  • Please see No Surprises Act Client Rights for more information.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
