I specialize in providing consultation services to helping professionals, employers, and academic professionals who are dedicated to fostering environments of respect, understanding, and inclusion for gender and sexual minorities within their work communities. Through tailored guidance and strategic planning, I assist organizations in implementing policies and practices that promote diversity and equity, creating spaces where gender and sexual minorities feel valued and supported. Additionally, I have a particular focus on supporting gender and sexual minority students at the college and graduate school levels as they navigate academia, offering targeted consultation services to address their unique needs and challenges, ensuring their experiences in educational settings are affirming and empowering.
Body Trust® Coaching & Support
As a Certified Body Trust® Specialist, I believe that embarking on a journey toward Body Trust®, shedding anti-fat bias, and fostering a harmonious relationship with one's body is a profound endeavor, one that requires compassionate guidance and unwavering support. Through tailored coaching and empathetic mentorship, individuals are empowered to navigate the complexities of living in a world that profits off us hating and continually changing our bodies. By fostering a safe and nurturing space, I facilitate the exploration of deep-seated beliefs and societal constructs that hinder your ability to find the home that has always been available in your body. Together, we unravel the layers of conditioning and cultivate practices that honor your body's wisdom and inherent worth. You will learn how to reclaim agency in your body and build a relationship with your body that is rooted in love, respect, and radical self-compassion.
Consultation Fees start at $200/hr
Sliding scale as low as $100/hr for students (based on need)

TRAININGS
I partner with clients from private, public, and nonprofit sectors to provide custom consultations in efforts to engender a community of respect, understanding, and inclusion on topics such as gender identity, sexual minorities, and sexuality.
Speaking fees start at $250/hr plus all applicable travel and lodging costs.
