Responsible for the creating, managing, and overseeing of a new wrap-around program for Two-Spirit, transgender, and nonbinary (2STNB) licensed and pre-licensed clinicians and the provision of mental health services for 2STNB patients, including leading the supervision, training, growth, and mentorship of the clinical team, ensuring the quality and compliance of mental health services, conducting regular team meetings and evaluations, providing supervision to pre-licensed clinicians, and monitoring productivity. I work collaboratively with the team to develop new and innovative programming for 2STNB populations. Additionally, I actively engage with the training department team to ensure effective and collaborative training and professional growth practices of pre-licensed clinicians.
