SUPERVISOR FOR OREGON PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR ASSOCIATES
& WASHINGTON MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELORS

I am passionate about providing supervision that truly meets you where you are in your professional journey. Drawing from my own enriching experiences with supervisors throughout my doctoral training, my supervision style is developmental, relational, and process-oriented. I create a supportive space that values vulnerability, openness, and curiosity, helping you grow both personally and professionally.

Rooted in IFS-informed and gestalt therapy, with a strong commitment to feminist and multicultural perspectives, my approach centers on your unique experience as a clinician. Together, we explore how your relationships, contexts, and personal development shape your work and professional identity. I am dedicated to grounding our work in anti-racism and an anti-oppression stance, ensuring supervision is both inclusive and empowering.

In our sessions, you can expect a variety of engaging strategies such as case consultation, video review, role-playing, writing, and experiential exercises. You will be encouraged to actively participate by bringing your cases, questions, and reflections to the table. Transparency, accountability, and ethical growth are core to our supervisory relationship.

You cannot change your white skin color to stop receiving these privileges, just like BIPOC cannot change their skin color to stop receiving racism, but what you can do is wake up to what is really going on.
